Simple Solution To Hair Fall Problem

According to studies, 95 percent of hair loss is due to genetic reasons. But other causes can be hormonal deficiency, poor nutrition, over-coloring of hair and stress. These can be controlled or avoided to some extent. Normally, you lose 50 to 100 hairs a day. But, when there is excessive hair loss, you must cure it immediately.
Proper cleaning
Wash hair regularly with good quality shampoo, preferably an organic shampoo which is devoid of harsh chemicals. Use deep conditioner as well. Avoid too hot water for washing as it can weaken strands and cause hair fall.
Healthy diet
Taking a well-balanced diet will make sure that your hair is getting enough nourishment to grow and stay strong.
Eating disorders and excessive nutritional deficiencies can lead to hair fall. Intake of certain vitamins such as vitamin A and E can also cause hair loss. Therefore, be moderate. Take protein-rich foods such fish, eggs, milk and meat.
Medical conditions
Chronic illness, infection and high fever can also lead to hair loss. Therefore, it is better to cure these diseases as soon as these occur.
Beauty treatments
Harsh chemicals applied during hair color or perming are too harmful. You should not get your hair colored frequently. Get such beauty treatments once every eight weeks or 2 months.
Hair oil
Hair oils are excellent to treat hair fall. You can use oils of almond, coconut, mustard seeds, or a combination of several herbal oils. Commercial tonics are not a good choice because these have artificial essences and chemicals which are detrimental for you.
Hair styles
Tight ponytails and cornrows pull hair strands. Therefore, avoid these. Make styles that don’t cause hair breakage or fall. Don’t leave your hair untied all the time. It can also be damaging.
Protection from extreme weather
Don’t expose your hair to harsh winds, scorching sunlight, extremely hot water or other unsuitable sources. Cover properly when going outdoors.
